A once-expansive plot of land now presents a unique challenge: transforming it into the welcoming entrance for a renovated hospital. The owner, understanding the importance of first impressions for patient experience, seeks a design that's both efficient and inviting. However, dividing the space for separate pedestrian and vehicle entrances creates a narrow garden area, and the elevation difference between the building and road adds another layer of complexity. Cost-effectiveness remains a priority, necessitating clever solutions for materials and low-maintenance greenery.
