Design & Construction (2020-2022)

A father recently acquired a large plot with a 15-year-old unoccupied house. He plans to split the land, move his family into the existing house, and reserve the other half for his daughters' future. To create a unified garden that caters to their current needs and allows for future expansion, we must address some challenges. The house's orientation creates layout obstacles, and the mother desires a pleasant walking path to encourage healthy living. The pool deck requires an extension due to its limited size and elevated position. Finally, the house's central, angled placement divides the property. Our design must cleverly connect these sections to achieve a cohesive space.
