Design & Construction (2016-2019)

In memory of their leader, the Khalil family embarked on building a mosque without professional guidance. While the concrete structure and main minaret are complete, the project lacks a cohesive design and functionality. The challenge lies in transforming this into a beautiful and peaceful space. Key areas for improvement include user flow, the relationship between ablution facilities and the prayer hall, incorporating a courtyard (Sahn), enhancing the Mihrab (prayer niche), integrating natural light, and designing an aesthetically pleasing fence that blends with the surroundings.
