Design & Site Supervision (2023-2024)

A 15-year-old, unfinished hospital project with an outdated facade is getting a second chance! A new investor plans to transform it into a modern branch for their hospital chain. The biggest challenges lie in the existing structure: an unsuitable longitudinal balcony, outdated residential aesthetics, limitations due to the halted construction, and two architecturally distinct buildings connected by bridges. To cater to the B+ clientele and prioritize budget-friendly solutions, the focus will be on a stunning redesign for the main facade, visible from the access road, while implementing cost-effective treatments for the remaining sides. This project presents a unique opportunity to breathe new life into a stalled endeavor and create a state-of-the-art healthcare facility.
