Design Development - (2009-2010)

Master plan, design and supervision of construction for a university compound (total builtup area of 2.8 million m²) to accommodate 40,000 students, and 30,000 staff members and administrative employees with their families on a total site area of 800 ha. The university comprises all academic, research, service, residential and administrative buildings with all related infrastructure utilities, site grading, 45.55 km of internal roads, a 1.26 km flyover, and a 1.06 km underpass.
