The Pearl - Giardino Villas, Qatar. Concept design, design development and tender documents (including the preparation of marketing materials) for a high end prestigious residential compound on a site area of 23.9 ha, comprising 83 double-storey villas of 412 m², 165 double-storey villas of 448 m² each, 20 double-storey villas of 530 m² each, a 2-storey clubhouse with a built-up area of 5,360 m², 3 entrance gates, and all related services.
